Good to know:

  • Swiss tap water is of excellent quality and perfectly safe to drink.

  • Please ensure all windows are closed when leaving the apartment or during rainfall.

  • A first aid kit, fire extinguisher, and fire blanket are located in the wardrobe (just in case).

  • Kindly observe quiet hours between 22:00 and 07:00 to respect neighbors.

  • The apartment is equipped with a centrally controlled underfloor heating system. You can adjust the temperature individually in each room, but please note that changes take some time to become noticeable. In summer, the system provides gentle cooling, while in winter it ensures a comfortable warmth.

  • The shower is equipped with a temperature control safety button. If you would like hotter water, please press the button and continue turning the handle.

  • The induction cooktop only activates when a suitable pan is placed on the cooking zone.

  • If you wish to dispose of your waste, you will find the waste containers further down the street near the roundabout; please note that you will need the apartment key to access them.
